1. Services Provided

We offer tumbling and stunting instruction through scheduled classes, private sessions, and clinics. All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.

 

2. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We do not offer refunds for missed or canceled classes without 24 hours’ notice. Make-up classes may be offered at our discretion.

 

3. Waiver & Release of Liability

Participation in any physical activity involves risk. All participants (or their legal guardians) must sign a waiver before taking part in any class. We are not liable for injuries sustained during participation in our programs.

 

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to emergencies, instructor illness, or low enrollment. Any such changes will be communicated as early as possible via email or text.

5. Behavior Expectations

We maintain a positive and respectful environment. Any behavior that disrupts instruction or endangers others may result in removal from the class or program without refund.
