Refund Policy

At Next Legacy Tumbling & Stunting LLC, we understand that things come up. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to protect both our clients and our instructors while keeping our schedule running smoothly.

Cancellations

• 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel a class without penalty.

• If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may:

  • Reschedule the class (based on availability), or

  • Receive credit toward a future class

• No-shows or late cancellations (under 24 hours) will be charged in full and are non-refundable.

Refunds

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for classes, packages, or private sessions once booked.

• Exceptions may be made in the case of documented medical emergencies or instructor cancellations

 

👥 

Class Cancellations by Us

• If Next Legacy Tumbling & Stunting LLC cancels a class for any reason (weather, instructor emergency, etc.), you will be offered:

  • A full reschedule, or

  • Credit toward another session
